The After Hours Party at Zee Bar:
All attendees of HOD07 are invited to once again join The Dog at Philadelphia's most exclusive after-hours venue — Zee Bar. The Zee Bar is a private social club open to members only. The Dog is excited to be able to offer this special, one-time invite to his closest friends!

Fashioned as an upscale venue, the Zee Bar would rival any destination club found in South Beach, New York or Las Vegas with its cherry wood floors, marble bars, fireplaces and a sound system that will keep DJ Benja Styles spinning with intensity.

Zee Bar will be decked out beginning 1:30 am for all of our attendees with plenty of music and libations to keep you howling till the 6:00 am in the morning! Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to get you there safely.

Admission for the after-hours party at Zee Bar is $15 per person.

Admission for the after-hours party is free with your VIP Ticket. VIP Attendees must have on their VIP tags and wristbands (given at the event) to gain free access to Zee Bar. Do not lose VIP tag or remove your wristband! 

Tickets for our General Admission guests will be available for purchase for the after-hours party at Zee Bar the night of event on a limited basis.

Mr. Greengenes
Hailing from West Chester, PA, Mr. Greengenes is one of the most energetic, diverse and hard-working, live acts on the east coast. The band, whose name was taken from a Frank Zappa song, plays over 200 live shows a year to fans who often line up around the block.

DJ Brendan Bring 'Em
This up-and-coming DJ is sizzling hot and pretty soon is going supernova! The Dog is excited to bring this special talent to the Hair O' the Dog for the very first time.

The Charity:
A portion of the proceeds from this year's Hair O' the Dog will be donated to PAWS: Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society.

PAWS is dedicated to promoting public welfare and to saving the lives of Philadelphia's homeless, abandoned and unwanted animals. Each year, nearly 30,000 homeless animals are killed in the City of Philadelphia simply because they are unloved or unwanted. PAWS is committed to returning Philadelphia to a model of compassion by leading Philadelphia in becoming a "No Kill" city, in which every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home.

What should I wear? What exactly does "dressed to the nines mean?"
Look nice. Look sharp. Dress to impress. That means no shorts, no jeans and no t-shirts. Although you can expect to see a good deal of the female attendees in cocktail dresses, you can also count on seeing pant suits, full length dresses, and some fun funky tops/slacks combos. For the guys, tuxes will be out in force, but if you don't have a tuxedo, don't fret, it's not required. Many of The Dog's best friends have shown up in suits over the years. Of course, if you want to get a tux, we've arranged a special deal for all attendees at Blacktie Formal Wear in Center City. Mention Hair O' the Dog to receive a special discount off any tux rental or purchase.

Do I have to wear a tux?
Um, once again, no. See above question...or take advantage of the discount The Dog has arranged for you at Blacktie Formal Wear and stop worrying about this question.

Do I have to wear clothes at all?
Dogs live by different rules and therefore do not require clothing. The Dog's human guests are a different story though...Clothing is mandatory...although on occasion we might allow an exception to the rule...

Why should I buy tickets early?
Well, for one reason, last year's VIP tickets sold out weeks before the event itself and very few General Admission tickets were left the night of the event. And although the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing can hold a lot of dog lovers it can not hold as many people as last year's venue. We can almost guarantee that tickets will sell out.

If I'm driving, where should I park my car?
Parking is available on site at the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing. Of course, other lots are available around the neighborhood as well, but this lot is definitely the most convenient since the event is in the same building! The Dog also wants to take this moment to say to anyone planning on coming by car: pick a designated driver or stay the night at the Hyatt — don't drink and drive!

If I want to stay over, where should I stay?
While The Dog is the ultimate host, unfortunately, his super-sized doghouse is absolutely not large enough for everyone. Fortunately, The Dog is pleased to offer some very swanky digs at the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing. Do my Hair O' the Dog tickets get me into the after hours party?
While you will need an HOD ticket to gain entrance to the after-hours party. Admission for the after-hours party is included with the purchase of your VIP ticket. The after-hours party will begin at 1:30 am and run until 6:00 am!

I don't want to have to worry about driving or parking...any suggestions?
